Alexianer ViaNobis Integration Assistance for People with Disabilities and Autism is looking, at the earliest possible time, for unskilled support workers (m/f/d) at its Gangelt location in residential groups specialising in challenging behaviour, with an employment level of 50-75%.

• Accompanying clients or residents in their daily lives
• Implementing the idea of inclusion by planning and organising leisure activities and motivating participation
• Individual relationship building and crisis intervention
• Guiding residents or clients in personal care and taking over care on their behalf under the guidance of a skilled professional

• Ideally experience working with people with disabilities
• Willingness to work rotating shifts; in the special living arrangement you work a 5-day week
• Empathetic and assertive personality, characterised by reliability and teamwork
