About this Apprenticeship
For the Hildegard and Josef living areas of the Alexianer ViaNobis senior care facility in Gangelt, we are looking for a nursing assistant, geriatric care assistant or health and nursing assistant, with a workload between 50% (part-time) and 100% (full-time).
What You'll Learn
- Close cooperation with nursing professionals
- Support with basic and medical care
- Documentation and organization of care measures
- Support of residents in everyday life
- Compliance with hygiene and accident prevention regulations
Requirements
- You have completed at least 1 year of training as a nursing assistant, geriatric care assistant or health and nursing assistant (m/f/d)
- Willingness to work early and late shifts and on weekends
- At 100% employment you work shifts from 6:00 to 13:30 or from 13:00 to 20:30. The work week has 5.5 days, with duty every second weekend and the following weekend off.
What Alexianer offers
- Base salary under AVR Caritas for a full-time career starter of €3,012.49 gross/month (plus allowances of €212.84), rising by experience and qualification up to €4,013.41 gross/month (plus allowances of €212.84). Step increases happen automatically.
