About this Apprenticeship
For the Barbara residential unit of the Alexianer ViaNobis senior care facility in Gangelt, a nursing assistant, geriatric care assistant or health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) is wanted, with employment between 50% (part-time) and 100% (full-time). The facility is home to older people in need of care as well as residents with physical or mental disabilities. The Katharina Kasper Heim has room for 93 residents across three residential units.

- Close cooperation with nursing professionals
- Support with basic and medical nursing care
- Documentation and organization of care measures
- Support for residents in daily life
- Compliance with hygiene and accident prevention regulations
Requirements
- You have completed at least 1 year of training as a nursing assistant, geriatric care assistant or health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) and enjoy working with older people
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- At 100% employment, you work shifts from 6:00 to 13:30 or from 13:00 to 20:30. The work week has 5.5 days, with duty every second weekend and the following weekend off.
What Alexianer offers
- Base salary according to AVR Caritas for a full-time position as a career starter of €3,012.49 gross/month (plus allowances of €212.84), graded by experience and qualification up to €4,013.41 gross/month (plus allowances of €212.84). Step increases happen automatically.
