About this Apprenticeship
The Alexianer ViaNobis senior care facility in Gangelt is looking for a care assistant (m/f/d) with 100% employment (full-time).
What You'll Learn
- Professionally planned basic and treatment care considering individual needs and resources within the care process
- Helping residents with meals
- Taking over housekeeping tasks
Requirements
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- With 100% employment you work shifts from 6:00 to 13:30 or from 13:00 to 20:30. The work week covers 5.5 days, with you working every second weekend and the following weekend off.
What Alexianer offers
- Base salary under AVR Caritas for a full-time position as a career starter of €2,941.25 gross/month (plus allowances of €212.84), scaled by experience and qualification up to €3,154.01 gross/month (plus allowances of €212.84). Step increases happen automatically.

- Performance bonus in January (2% of last gross annual pay)
