Social Worker, Special Needs Educator as Educational Advisor

Part-time position as an educational advisor (m/f/d) at Alexianer ViaNobis integration support for people with disabilities and autism in Gangelt.

• Case-related advice and professional coaching of team leaders and teams on professional questions in systemic counselling and sexual counselling
• Help with implementing, developing and strategically reshaping the existing educational concepts according to quality management standards
• Crisis intervention and follow-up of crisis situations
• Close cooperation with the facility management and support for department heads in solving case-specific challenges
• Representing the facility in professional committees and associations
• Case-specific documentation

• Degree as a social worker, in social management, or a qualification in a relevant field, for example training as a special needs educator with suitable further education
• Completed additional training in systemic counselling, sexual education or the SEED model, or willingness to complete one
• Professional experience in the social-therapeutic field and in working with people on the autism spectrum and people with challenging behaviour
• Independent and self-responsible way of working, dynamic and assertive personality with good organisational skills, strategic skill and enjoyment of developing and shaping concepts independently
