Apprenticeship 2027: Cook

As a cook at Allianz in Germany, you will pamper employees with high-quality dishes together with your crew! During your apprenticeship as a cook, you will be perfectly prepared for your future and gain insights into all areas of our activity. In our large kitchen, you will become an expert and learn all basic preparation methods, modern cooking techniques in compliance with the highest hygiene standards, the design of menus and buffets, as well as advising and dealing with guests in a trusting manner. You will work independently in our staff restaurants and take care of the planning, calculation, and purchasing of dishes, organize in the office, and communicate with our suppliers. To ensure you progress both professionally and personally, we support you with individual further training. You have access to professional further training, communication training, and many other options. You will have the opportunity for an exclusive internship in a hotel/gastronomy establishment.

Degree: You have a general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, an intermediate school leaving certificate, or a good lower secondary school leaving certificate. Qualifications: You have solid mathematics and German skills. Motivation: You are an organizational talent and love to plan, prepare, and creatively arrange dishes independently. Team spirit: You enjoy working with other people. Your team can rely on you, and you are open and attentive in dealing with colleagues and customers.
