Consultant Business Development at Allvest

Allvest GmbH is a growing corporate FinTech of Allianz SE based in Munich, offering digital pension and investment solutions since 2020. As Consultant Business Development, you contribute to growth by entering further European markets and strategically developing the German market.

• Support opening up new markets by expanding the product portfolio in Germany and entering further European markets with new investment and pension/life insurance products
• Support the further development of our market approach in Germany, including data-based optimization of our customer journey
• Prepare strategic decisions through robust quantitative analyses
• Further develop reporting, data and analysis processes for efficient and scalable steering of the business
• Close collaboration with management and all company units, and central interface for data-related questions
• Support preparing meetings for Allianz top management and the strategic planning process with Allianz SE

• Completed degree in mathematics, financial mathematics, physics or a comparable quantitative field with very good grades
• First professional experience in management consulting, investment or insurance
• Knowledge of investment and capital market topics (e.g. portfolio theory, asset allocation, fund structures), ideally with a basic actuarial understanding
• Strong interest in data-driven, digital product and sales approaches in insurance and investment
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python)
• Experience developing models, pricing scenarios or business cases
• Enjoyment in building a new business model, entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and English, further languages an advantage
