Bed Management/Administrative Admission in a 2-shift system

• Bed disposition for all incoming patients with optimal utilization of available bed capacity
• Contract management for new patient admissions
• Control and, if necessary, entry of master data
• Planning of in-house transfers (intensive care unit, geriatrics, occupancy by non-specialist departments)
• Close cooperation with treating physicians and nursing staff in the wards and in the emergency room
• Creation of occupancy statistics
• Optimization of length of stay
• Participation in meetings with physicians, nursing management, and department management in acute situations (planned ward closures)
• General administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation of daily occupancy

• Completed three-year Ausbildung in a healthcare profession (certified health and nursing care, medical assistant)
• Willingness to work changing shifts such as early, late, and regular assignments on weekends and holidays is a matter of course for you
• Independent work
• You are a coordination talent, keep an overview, and are resilient
• Prior knowledge desirable but not required
