Working Student, Operational Controlling

Part-time working student role in operational controlling at Asklepios Kliniken Hamburg GmbH. Support analyses, reports, data maintenance and projects in hospital financial management.

• Support the team with daily operations and gain insights into controlling at a large hospital group.
• Help prepare analyses, reports and presentations, presenting figures in a way that suits the audience.
• Assist with comparisons of planned and actual results, ad hoc analyses and benchmarking.
• Maintain and organize data in Excel and help improve existing analyses.
• Contribute to selected projects and actively share your analytical perspective.

• You are enrolled in business administration, healthcare management, business information systems or a comparable degree program.
• You are interested in controlling, numbers, processes and the economics of healthcare.
• You have basic MS Office skills, especially Excel; initial experience with SAP, Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
• You think analytically, work carefully and handle numbers and structured information confidently.
• You are reliable, communicate well and enjoy working in a team.
• Ideally, you have 15 to 20 hours per week available and want to gain practical experience alongside your studies.
