Specialist Physician Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

We are looking as soon as possible for a specialist physician (m/f/d) in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy for home-based inpatient-equivalent psychiatric treatment (StäB) in child and adolescent psychiatry at Asklepios Fachklinikum Stadtroda.

• Working in the mobile treatment team of StäB, meaning all patient contacts take place in the patient's living environment
• Case management and case planning
• Conducting group and individual therapies as primary therapist under qualified supervision
• Advising and supporting patients and relatives
• Conducting ward rounds
• Cooperation with youth welfare offices / counselling centers / authorities, planning and holding support conferences in the multiprofessional StäB team, networking including with referring pediatricians and psychotherapists
• Participation in case and team meetings and supervisions

• Completed degree in human medicine and German licence to practise
• Driving licence class B
• Enjoyment of and commitment to working with mentally ill children and adolescents and their support systems
• Professional experience with mentally ill people desired
• Willingness to cooperate in multiprofessional teams
• Willingness to work independently, flexibility
• High level of communication and teamwork skills
