Receptionist

Asklepios Fachklinikum Stadtroda is looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) for the reception area of the Forensic Psychiatry clinic, starting at the earliest possible time, with an average weekly working time of 30 hours in a continuous 3-shift system.

• Operating the telephone system, answering and transferring phone calls
• Operating, checking and function-testing all security technology
• Managing the hospital's parking guidance system
• Monitoring video technology
• Helping with alarm coordination, checking and processing alarm connections
• Documenting alarms and faults
• Attendance management including documentation
• Entry and exit checks
• Carrying out patrols inside and outside the premises

• Knowledge of security technology desirable
• IT skills
