To support our branch office in Güstrow, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Civil Engineer Bridge Construction / Structural Engineering – Construction Supervision (m/f/d).

• Supervision, control and monitoring of the contract-compliant, quality-assured execution of construction projects in bridge, road and structural engineering.
• Complete construction handling.
• Examination of execution documents and technical and contractual evaluation of variation offers.
• Tendering and processing of inspection orders and construction supervision orders.
• Monitoring of construction progress, updating of schedule and cost plans, material checks and coordination of the planning process.
• Substantive, technical and computational verification of all accounting documents (including measurements) and system-based recording and forwarding for approval.
• Accompaniment of construction acceptances, examination of as-built documents, documentation of defects, monitoring of defect rectification and subsequent object support during the warranty phase.
• Technical instruction of construction supervisors, coordination of construction supervision workflows and solution-oriented coordination with contractors, authorities and third parties.

• Successfully completed degree as Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) / Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Sound practical experience in construction management or construction supervision in the field of structural engineering and road construction.
• Sound knowledge of structural engineering and relevant regulations (ZTV-ING, MBÜ-ING, VOB A/B/C).
• Very good German language skills in word and writing (at least CEFR level C1).
• Driving licence class B and willingness to use the official vehicle for trips to construction sites.
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills in dealing with partners, and a structured, independent way of working.
• Good knowledge of relevant ordinances and guidelines such as RSA, ASR, RPS, ZTV-M, DIN 1076, ZTV-Asphalt, RUVA, Substitute Building Materials Ordinance, ZTV-Beton-StB and SIB-BW.
• Confident use of MS Office and practical knowledge of SAP, iTWO, MAVIS and CSBF messages (control system for federal trunk road construction).
• First practical experience in public administration or authority structures is an advantage.
