About this Apprenticeship
To support the team in the Road and Landscape Construction department, Die Autobahn GmbH is looking for a civil engineer (f/m/d) for motorway road construction, starting as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- Carrying out award procedures including reviewing and technically evaluating bids
- Contract handling and cost control of projects including supplementary claims management
- Construction implementation of route and traffic construction measures as well as supervision and control including billing of construction services
- Planning and construction preparation including drafting tender and award documents for difficult road construction projects on motorways (expansion, conversion and maintenance measures)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Dipl.-Ing. (FH) (f/m/d) in civil engineering
- Extensive knowledge and several years of professional experience in carrying out new construction and expansion projects on motorways
- Comprehensive knowledge of the technical standards and regulations of road construction
- Willingness to travel on business and possibly work weekends and nights
- Knowledge of construction contract and procurement law
- Good German skills in speaking and writing
- Class B driving licence
- Strong social and communication skills
- High resilience, decisiveness and commitment
- Enjoyment of teamwork
