About this Apprenticeship
To support the planning team, Autobahn GmbH is looking for an expert for crossing projects, quality management and third-party planning as soon as possible. Pay follows pay grade E13 under the TV-Autobahn. Applications go through the career portal.
What You'll Learn
- Technical lead for crossing agreements with other transport operators (e.g. DB, road authorities, waterways), including review, coordination and drafting of legally sound agreements
- Expert role for crossing-law redemption and cost calculations under EKrG and ABBV, and technical advice to organisational units on billing and contract implementation
- Methodical management of time and cost processes in complex infrastructure projects
- Technical coordination of supra-regional planning and third-party planning approval procedures
Requirements
- Completed university degree in civil engineering, road and transport planning, or equivalent skills and experience
- Several years of relevant experience in road or infrastructure planning, ideally related to structural engineering (desirable)
- Good knowledge of road and crossing law, especially the EKrG, and of drafting crossing and redemption agreements (e.g. ABBV, AKVS, HOAI) (desirable)
- Experience with planning and administrative law regulations, e.g. FStrG, WaStrG, RE 2012, Planfeststellungsrichtlinie, VwVfG and VwGO (desirable)
- Mobility and personal flexibility, including a class B driving licence and willingness to travel on business (desirable)
- Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action
- Committed, reliable, responsible and independent way of working
- Strong social and communication skills
