About this Apprenticeship
To support the construction supervision team in Erkner or Michendorf, Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is looking for a Project Engineer / Construction Supervisor (m/f/d) for road construction and maintenance as soon as possible. Pay group E12, paid according to the MTV-Autobahn.
What You'll Learn
- Local construction supervision and overall construction management of expansion and maintenance projects in road construction with total costs in the multi-million euro range, including billing
- Assessing the situation on site (e.g. extent of damage) and independently adjusting, terminating and updating project-related construction contracts
- Preparing and reviewing designs for expansion and maintenance projects in road construction
- Tendering, awarding and coordinating services by external engineering firms
- Preparing cost calculations with comparative analysis of technical variants for cost-effectiveness and practical feasibility
- Independently preparing legally sound tender documents
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree as Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) / Bachelor in civil engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Relevant professional experience in the described areas of construction supervision and road planning
- Sound knowledge of planning, construction supervision and tendering of construction and engineering services (VOB, HVA B-StB, HOAI, AKVS, BauGB, BGB)
- Sound knowledge of construction site safeguarding (according to MVAS 99 / ZTV-SA 97 / RSA 95)
- Good spoken and written command of German
- Class B driving licence for business trips within the route network
