About this Apprenticeship
Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is looking for a technician for environmental planning and landscaping in Regensburg. Pay follows pay group E9a.
What You'll Learn
- Coordination, monitoring and documentation of the maintenance of compensation areas, e.g. by farmers and landscape conservation associations, as well as the landscaping measures
- Checking and preparing measurements, quantity calculations and billing bases in accordance with applicable laws
- Preparing execution plans
- Documenting construction sites regarding materials, changes and construction progress
- Preparing project-related service descriptions and bills of quantities as well as suitability and evaluation criteria
- Checking and billing the services provided, including monitoring and documenting identified defects, and the subsequent acceptance after correction
- Invoice checking
Requirements
- State-certified technician (m/f/d) specializing in horticulture and landscaping, or similar or equivalent suitability gained through professional experience
- Professional experience implementing landscaping measures, ideally on motorways
- Knowledge of standards and regulations such as ZTV-Pflanzarbeiten, VOB (Parts A, B, C), ZTV La-StB, Guideline for the Design of Roadside Greenery (RAS-LG)
- Good IT skills (especially MS Office)
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Class B driver's license
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
- High commitment and resilience
- Enjoyment of making decisions and solution-oriented work
