To support our team in the Operations and Traffic department, we are looking for a working student in land acquisition and property management (f/m/d) as soon as possible on a fixed-term basis.

• Support with the purchase, sale, exchange and management of land and properties
• Updating lists of ownership relationships and simple correspondence with owners, authorized users, tenants, and other affected parties
• Preparation and assistance in the application for possession, expropriation and compensation procedures
• Application, under the lead of the responsible employee, for necessary land corrections to the new respective construction authorities
• Preparation and monitoring of final surveys, boundary markings and boundary determinations in connection with land acquisition after instruction in the department
• Correspondence as specified by the department for the submission of land register correction applications, residual processing of open land matters
• Maintenance and processing of existing or to-be-determined data in a database

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) in the field of civil engineering, traffic engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction, infrastructure management, urban/spatial planning, real estate management, administrative sciences (public management/public administration), business administration or comparable
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Good German language skills in word and writing
• Class B driver's license and willingness to drive official vehicles
• Strong social and communication skills
