About this Apprenticeship
To support the team in the Structural Engineering department of Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, a working student for engineering structures is wanted as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- Support in maintaining and updating structure data in SIB-BW and documenting damage to engineering structures
- Support in coordinating with the responsible road authorities, especially communicating identified damage and following up on required repairs
- Help prepare tender documents for projects and contract units, as well as engineering and construction contracts
- Take part in construction meetings and site inspections and support basic construction supervision
Requirements
- Enrolled student in an engineering bachelor's degree such as structural engineering or civil engineering, or comparable qualifications, with at least the second semester successfully completed
- Confident use of common MS Office programs
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Class B driving licence
- Strong social and communication skills
- Committed, reliable, responsible, independent way of working
- Enjoy working in a team
- High resilience, decisiveness and willingness to commit
