Working Student Personnel Development

To support our team in the Personnel and Organizational Development department, we are looking for a working student in Personnel Development (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

• As a working student (f/m/d) you support the team in participant management for events – including recording, creating, and processing participation certificates and certificates
• You also play a major role in event and training management, take over the search for suitable event locations and support communication with training providers
• You provide significant administrative support in various areas, such as employee annual reviews, reporting, leadership development, and onboarding
• Your area of responsibility is rounded off by assisting and participating in welcome days for new employees of the Northwest branch

• You are an enrolled student (f/m/d) of business administration, business law, or social sciences (with focus on psychology, education, HR) or comparable and have completed at least the second bachelor semester
• You have good knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Very good German skills in word and writing, at least C1 level
• First practical experience in HR
• Willingness to commit for at least one year
