• During your apprenticeship, you will gradually become an expert in social insurance and learn to advise people reliably on health topics and support them in all situations.
• You will become familiar with the processes of a statutory health insurance fund and gain comprehensive insights into innovative healthcare and service offerings.
• You will acquire sound knowledge of health, prevention, membership, and contributions so that you can competently support insured people in cases of illness or long-term care.
• Processing applications will soon be part of your everyday work, with our support and guidance.
• Once you are ready, you will take on responsibility: You will engage with customers, listen actively, and find suitable solutions for individual needs.
• Theory and practice go hand in hand, complemented by teamwork and the enjoyment of learning together.
