What You'll Learn
- Developing into an expert in social insurance
- Advising people on health topics and protecting them in all situations
- Learning how a statutory health insurer operates and getting to know its health and service offerings
- Acquiring knowledge about health, prevention, membership and contributions
- Processing applications
- Responding to customers, listening actively and finding suitable solutions
Requirements
- Intermediate school-leaving certificate, university entrance qualification, several semesters of university study or a completed apprenticeship
- Interest in health and the German healthcare system
- Ability to listen well, explain clearly and remain empathetic
- Team spirit
- Very good German skills at at least C1 level
