Apprenticeship as Process Mechanic for Asphalt Technology

We are looking for an apprentice (m/f/d) for our asphalt mixing plant in Oldenburg at our DEUTAG branch, starting 01.08.2027. Apprenticeship duration: 3 years. How your apprenticeship works: Practical training in our production plant. Theoretical content in block lessons at the Walter Gropius School in Erfurt. Inter-company training at the Erfurt Training Center together with other apprentices of Basalt AG from all over Germany. Travel and dormitory costs are covered. What you will learn with us: Asphalt production – we teach you to operate and monitor our plants. You will learn to produce various asphalt types and reprocess raw materials. You will assist in maintaining and servicing our asphalt mixing plant. You will work in a team, receive personal supervision, and learn all important tasks step by step.

What you bring: At least a vocational school qualification (Berufsschulreife) or a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss / mittlere Reife).
