We are looking for an apprentice (m/f/d) at our asphalt mixing plant in Osloß starting 01.08.2027 for our branch DEUTAG. Apprenticeship duration: 3 years. This is how your apprenticeship works: Practical training in our production facility.; Theoretical content in block lessons at the Walter Gropius School in Erfurt.; Inter-company training at the Erfurt Education Center together with other apprentices from Basalt AG across Germany.; Travel and dormitory costs are naturally covered. What you will learn with us: Asphalt production – we teach you to operate and monitor our plants.; You learn to produce various asphalt types and recycle raw materials.; You assist in maintaining and servicing our asphalt mixing plant.; You work in a team, receive personal support, and learn all important tasks step by step.

At least a vocational school qualification (Berufsschulreife) or an intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss).; Interest in technology, natural sciences, and manual work – prior knowledge not required.; Team spirit and reliability.; Motivation to take on responsible tasks – we help you with that!
