Apprenticeship Process Mechanic Asphalt Technology

Do you want to work with us on the building materials of the future? Then join the Basalt AG team! We are looking for an apprentice (m/f/d) for our asphalt mixing plant in Schönebeck (Elbe) starting 01.08.2027 at our DEUTAG branch. Apprenticeship duration: 3 years.

Practical training in our production plant. Theoretical content in block instruction at Walter Gropius School in Erfurt. Inter-company training at Erfurt Education Center together with other apprentices from Basalt-Actien-Gesellschaft across Germany. Travel and dormitory costs are covered. Asphalt production – we teach you to operate and monitor our plants. You learn to produce various asphalt types and reprocess raw materials. You assist in maintaining and servicing our asphalt mixing plant. You work in a team, receive personal guidance, and learn all important tasks step by step.

At least a vocational school qualification or secondary school diploma (mittlere Reife). Interest in technology, natural sciences, and manual work – no prior knowledge required. Team spirit and reliability. Motivation to take on responsible tasks – we'll help you!
