Pension Fund Administrator for Membership and Contributions

Part-time (30 hours/week). Your tasks: You independently manage a member portfolio of lawyers, tax advisors and patent attorneys. Applying statutory regulations, you check membership requirements and enroll members where applicable, or issue exemption or waiver notices. You determine individual membership contributions and process deferral and installment payment applications. You inform and advise our members by phone and in writing, e.g. on membership, contributions, exemption from statutory pension insurance, entitlements and benefit scope. You are also responsible for terminating memberships and closing contribution accounts. You work IT-supported in a paperless office. Participate in IT tests, e.g. in the further development of in-house portfolio management and archiving systems (NVS, ELLA, etc.).

You have completed training as a social security specialist (m/f/d), administrative specialist (BL I) (m/f/d), management assistant for office management/office clerk (m/f/d) or a completed commercial training in insurance/banking/finance. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification and professional experience in a similar role. Ideally you have knowledge in social security and administrative law. Routine use of MS Office is a given. Your work style is reliable and structured. You show a high level of commitment and willingness to perform. Strong communication skills and teamwork characterize you. You have an open personality and enjoy interacting with people.
