Software Compliance Officer

As a Software Compliance Officer, you will lead the license management process strategically and operationally, ensuring efficient and transparent software compliance throughout the company.

• Communicate license management processes clearly and systematically to create transparency and acceptance among all stakeholders.
• Serve as the knowledgeable central point of contact for license management and software compliance.
• Further develop and effectively implement compliance strategies and processes while keeping legal and regulatory requirements in view.
• Coordinate the harmonization of software versions and ensure that all systems are used consistently and in compliance with regulations.
• In close coordination with quality assurance, integrate compliance requirements into existing processes and conduct professional audits and risk analyses.
• Organize the software catalog systematically and make it available transparently.

• You have a completed degree or comparable expertise. Strong people-management skills and clear, reliable communication are important to us.
• You have several years of professional experience in software compliance.
• You have in-depth knowledge of license management and software compliance, with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
• You are experienced and dependable when working with specialist departments and coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
• Initial experience with Jira, Confluence, software catalogs, BI systems, Snow Software and compliance management systems is an advantage.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and good German language skills at C1 level complete your profile.
