Lawyer for Parental Leave Cover in the Field of Occupational Medical and Safety Technical Service (ASD)

Our Prevention division is looking for a Lawyer (f/m/d) for a parental leave cover in the field of Occupational Medical and Safety Technical Service (ASD) at the Hamburg location.

Legal correspondence, advice, and information (internal/external). Handling of objection and litigation proceedings as well as insolvency proceedings. Conducting court proceedings and representation before the Social Court. Media design and media projects (legal references, tenders, and print templates). Annual update of the 'Mandatory Posting Laws' booklet.

Completed First State Examination in Law or a comparable Master's degree in Law. Knowledge and experience in social and administrative law. Knowledge of statutory accident insurance law and occupational safety law (SGB VII, ASiG, UVVen). Experience in professional design of graphics and texts with MS Word. Communication and team skills, willingness to take responsibility, and problem-solving competence.
