• You carry out small repairs in the area of "tiles, painting, and plastering".
• You handle restoration after insurance damages.
• You renew permanently elastic joints.
• You lay floor coverings.
• You repair wall and floor tiles.
• You perform drywall work.

• You have a completed vocational training in a craft field or a comparable qualification.
• You ideally bring experience in the maintenance of residential properties.
• You work flexibly and can complete tasks independently.
• You convince with your friendly and customer-oriented manner.
• You possess a class B or 3 driver's license.
• You have communicative German skills at least at B2 level.
