About this Apprenticeship
B&O Service specializes in maintenance and apartment modernization. To support our teams, we are looking for you as a plant mechanic for HVAC (m/f/d) in Magdeburg as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- You independently carry out maintenance work and individual repairs in tenant apartments.
- You fix faults and take over repairs of central and decentralized heating systems.
- You procure the required material independently and efficiently.
- You handle customer service in heating and sanitary technology and ensure satisfied tenants.
- You carefully document all work carried out in our IT systems.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for HVAC (m/f/d) or heating fitter (m/f/d).
- You bring customer service experience and handle customer situations confidently.
- You work flexibly, independently and reliably.
- You present yourself in a customer-friendly, confident and well-groomed way.
- You enjoy working with people and communicate openly and respectfully.
- You hold a class B or 3 driving licence and are mobile.
- You have confident German communication skills at B2 level at least.
