• You carry out maintenance work and individual repairs in tenant apartments independently.
• You rectify malfunctions and take over repairs of central and decentralized heating systems.
• You procure the required material independently and efficiently.
• You take over customer service in the area of heating and sanitary technology and ensure satisfied tenants.
• You document all work carried out carefully in our IT systems.

• You have a completed vocational training as an SHK plant mechanic (m/f/d), heating installer (m/f/d) or gas and water installer (m/f/d).
• You bring experience in customer service and handle customer situations confidently.
• You work flexibly, independently and reliably.
• You appear customer-friendly, confident and well-groomed.
• You enjoy dealing with people and communicate openly and respectfully.
• You possess a class B or 3 driver's license and are mobile.
• You have confident German language skills at least at B2 level.
