• Perform maintenance and individual repairs in tenant apartments
• Replace cylinders and locks
• Carry out emergency securing on windows and doors
• Replace or repair doors, windows and their fittings
• Replace or repair garage doors, gates and fence elements

• Completed apprenticeship as locksmith (f/m/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience in customer service
• Flexible and independent work
• Customer-friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance
• Driver's license class B
