Clerk for Appointment & Deployment Coordination - Career Changers Welcome

For the Pankstraße location, clerks for appointment and deployment coordination are wanted, full-time at 40 hours per week. The commercial team makes sure tradespeople can focus fully on their work. Career changers from all industries are welcome.

• Planning and maintaining the deployment calendars of our tradespeople and partner companies
• Targeted scheduling of jobs throughout the day, always with efficiency and customer satisfaction in mind
• Coordinating appointments in direct contact with tenants and tradespeople
• Contact person for questions, both internal and external
• Preparing all relevant information for later invoicing (you do not do the invoicing yourself)

• A good sense for planning, time management and communication
• Enjoyment of coordinating between different parties
• An eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture
• Confident use of digital tools (e.g. calendar, email, MS Office applications)
