Payroll Specialist

To support our teams, we are looking for you as a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) in Bad Aibling, Berlin or Munich as soon as possible. Our HR team consists of five specialized areas that work hand in hand.

• You carry out monthly payroll independently, reliably and on time.
• You maintain and manage employee master data and personnel files and keep them up to date.
• You are the contact for our employees and managers on all payroll-related questions, from payslips and contract contents to working and absence times.
• You assess pay components correctly for tax and social insurance purposes and book them properly.
• You review the relevant collective agreements (construction / ancillary construction trades) and apply their content correctly in payroll.
• You actively support digitalization and process optimization projects in payroll and contribute your own ideas for improvement.

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and bring solid professional experience in the relevant field.
• You have several years of professional experience in payroll and feel confident in this environment.
• You have sound, current knowledge of payroll accounting, ideally also construction payroll.
• Ideally you already have experience with SOKA-BAU and with collective agreement rules in the construction industry.
• You have very good knowledge of wage tax, social insurance and construction payroll law and apply it confidently.
• You work routinely with payroll systems, ideally you know NAPA Business Central.
