About this Apprenticeship
B&O Service is hiring a technical administrator in Hürth (Köln) to start as soon as possible. The role supports trades teams by handling enquiries, scheduling appointments, checking orders and managing billing.
What You'll Learn
- Independently handle enquiries from tenants and customers.
- Coordinate appointments with tradespeople.
- Keep track of ongoing orders and check that all work has been completed correctly.
- Prepare quotes for small repairs and maintenance work.
- Check invoices and ensure everything is billed correctly.
- Communicate in a friendly way and focus on solutions when dealing with internal and external contacts.
Requirements
- You have completed technical vocational training.
- Ideally, you already have some experience in the tasks described.
- You know how to use Microsoft Office.
- You speak and write German very well.
- You work independently, communicate well and enjoy organising things.
