• You carry out maintenance and individual repairs in tenant apartments.
• You replace cylinders, locks, and glass panes and perform emergency securing on windows and doors.
• You replace doors and windows as well as their fittings or repair them.
• You perform measurement work.
• You lay and repair laminate and parquet floors.
• You dismantle and assemble fitted kitchens as part of insurance claims.

• You have a completed vocational training as a Carpenter (f/m/d).
• You have experience in customer service.
• You work flexibly and independently and appear customer-friendly, confident, and well-groomed.
• You possess a driving license class B or 3.
• You have communicatively secure German skills at least at B2 level.
