• Maintenance and execution of individual repairs in tenant apartments
• Replacement and repair of glass panes, doors, windows and corresponding attachments as well as emergency securing
• Laying and repair of laminate and parquet floors
• Dismantling and assembly of fitted kitchens as part of insurance claims

• You have a completed vocational training as a carpenter (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in this field
• You have a class B or 3 driver's license
• You have confident German language skills at least at B2 level
