• You carry out maintenance and individual repairs in tenant apartments
• You replace cylinders, locks and glass panes and carry out emergency securing on windows and doors
• You replace doors and windows as well as their fittings or repair them
• You perform measurement work
• You lay and repair laminate and parquet floors
• You dismantle and assemble fitted kitchens as part of insurance claims

• You have a completed vocational training as a Carpenter (m/f/d)
• You have experience in customer service
• You work flexibly and independently and appear customer-friendly, confident and well-groomed
• You possess a driving license class B or 3
• You have communicative German skills at least at B2 level
