What You'll Learn
- Maintenance and execution of individual repairs in tenant apartments.
- Replacement and repair of glass panes, doors, windows and corresponding attachments as well as emergency securing.
- Laying and repair of laminate and parquet floors. Dismantling and assembly of fitted kitchens as part of insurance claims.
Requirements
- You have a completed vocational training as a carpenter (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in this field.
- You have a driving license class B or 3.
- You have confident German language skills at least at B2 level.
