Student Internship Office Management / Team Assistance

Combine study and practice and actively work on exciting projects in the ZEISS production unit SPU. You gain experience, build your network and develop professionally and personally.

• Support with general office organization
• Coordinate appointments and prepare meetings
• Create minutes and simple letters from templates
• Support travel requests and expense reports (depending on area)
• Create and maintain lists, tables and overviews
• Support ordering of office supplies
• Contact person for colleagues and, if needed, external visitors (reception)
• Support internal communication tasks (notices, circular emails from templates)

• Current studies in a business / commercial field
• Basic knowledge of office organization and confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Careful, reliable and structured way of working, strong willingness to learn
• Friendly, service-oriented manner and strong teamwork skills
• Very good spoken and written German skills and discreet handling of information
• Interest in production/production units and willingness to learn internal processes
