Apprenticeship – Management Assistant, Starting Autumn 2027

The apprenticeship is based on a two-year apprenticeship as a management assistant for office management (m/f/x) with a subsequent one-year further training qualification as a management assistant (m/f/x) (IHK). It addresses high school graduates looking for an alternative to university studies who have a strong customer orientation and organizational talent. Management assistants support management areas with their assistance. During the apprenticeship, you will already be deployed in various assistance and management secretariats. With above-average performance, a stay abroad is also possible.

• Go through commercial and technical departments and get to know the company and business processes
• Apply professional and organizational skills in department and management secretariats
• Replacement periods open up diverse opportunities for independent and responsible action
• Through the combination of apprenticeship and additional qualification, acquire two recognized degrees within three years: management assistant for office management and management assistant (m/f/x) IHK
• Professional English and communication training, in-house instruction and targeted exam preparation complement your training

• Abitur (general or subject-specific) or Fachhochschulreife
• Good grades in German, Mathematics, English and one other foreign language
• Coordination and organizational talent
• Good communication and team skills
