As a surface coater (m/f/x), you dive into a world where craftsmanship and creativity meet. As an expert in surface finishing, you will not only process the most demanding materials but also develop environmentally friendly solutions. You will learn the diverse properties of coatings and use your skills to protect, beautify, and increase the value of products.

• Acquiring technical fundamentals
• Learning chemical coating processes
• Refining components with metallic and non-metallic coatings to improve properties (e.g., corrosion protection, hardness, wear resistance, decorative appearance)
• Checking and inspecting system components
• Environmentally friendly disposal of solutions and chemicals

• Good intermediate school diploma, preferably also higher education entrance qualification
• Good grades in mathematics, physics, and chemistry
• Manual dexterity and careful work style
• High level of commitment and self-motivation
• Team, communication, and problem-solving skills
