SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM/ SuccessFactors - Fixed Term

As part of the HR IT team at CLAAS KGaA mbH, you shape the global Digital HR roadmap. Together with the HR department, you are responsible for the architecture, further development and operation of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape and its integration with SAP HCM and cloud services. The position is fixed-term until 30.09.2027.

• Coordination of global IT processes for CLAAS Retail, especially in licence management and support
• Ensuring IT governance, compliance and security requirements within various dealer management systems
• Early integration of IT security requirements into projects and application landscapes
• Management and further development of the domain portfolio in marketing, service and sales
• Responsibility for the entire application lifecycle in CLAAS Dealer Network Development, from selection and introduction to operation and further development
• Aligning business requirements with internal departments, project managers and external service providers and translating them into IT implementation concepts
• Initiating and managing projects for the introduction and optimisation of software solutions
• Building and establishing quality assurance standards, e.g. for documentation, testing, monitoring, alerting, support and operations
• Developing and implementing security concepts in line with applicable standards

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT application, process or system landscape management
• Sound knowledge of business process management as well as software development and IT operations
• Strong project management skills; a relevant certification is an advantage
• Interest in digital technologies and current developments, especially in artificial intelligence
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
