Apprenticeship as an Insurance and Financial Investment Clerk in Internal Operations (Start 2027)

Three-year apprenticeship at the Leipzig Customer Service Center, combining vocational school knowledge with practical experience. The apprenticeship can be shortened by six months with good performance. It prepares you for a responsible role in the insurance divisions of Continentale, EUROPA and Mannheimer.

Review and process applications; properly review and process claims settlements; advise customers by telephone or email; gain insight into health and life insurance and regularly rotate between work areas; attend seminars on insurance divisions and successful customer communication.

Intermediate school certificate, university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur, or completion of one of these qualifications by the start of the apprenticeship; open and communicative personality; enjoyment of working with customers; commitment, empathy, reliability and willingness to work in a team.
