Training as an Insurance and Financial Investment Services Clerk in Internal Sales (Starting 2027)

During the usually three-year training, you will learn about the wide range of tasks at the Wiesbaden Customer Service Centre and apply your vocational school knowledge directly in practice. With good performance, the training can be shortened by six months.

Review and process applications; properly review and process benefit claims; advise customers by telephone or email; gain insights into health and life insurance and regularly change work areas.

Intermediate school-leaving certificate, university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or general higher education entrance qualification, or completion of one of these qualifications by the start of training; open and communicative manner; enjoyment of working with customers; commitment and empathy; reliability and willingness to work in a team.
