During your apprenticeship you will learn the diverse tasks of a clerk (m/f/d) for insurance and financial investments in the customer service centre Nuremberg. You put your theoretical knowledge from vocational school directly into practice. The apprenticeship usually lasts three years. With good performance you can shorten it by half a year. After your graduation you are able to take on a responsible position.

You process applications: You learn how applications are checked and processed. Prompt claims settlement: We teach you how to properly check and process benefit statements. Friendly and empathetic customer service: From advice on the insurance application and contract to the payment of benefits, you advise our customers by telephone or email. Look forward to varied tasks: You gain insights into the diverse insurance sectors, particularly in health and life insurance, and therefore regularly change your work area. Exciting seminars: At seminars in our directorate in Dortmund you meet many apprentices from other locations and learn all insurance sectors as well as tips and tricks for successful customer communication.

School leaving certificate: You bring the intermediate school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or the Abitur – or obtain the school leaving certificate by the start of the apprenticeship. Communication skills: Your open and communicative nature characterises you. Commitment and empathy: Dealing with our customers gives you pleasure. In doing so you learn to better understand the insured and their needs. Teamwork: With your reliability and the will to contribute, you are a valuable team member.
