Customer Advisor Industrial Liability Insurance

We are an owner-managed insurance broker and have been based in the Nuremberg metropolitan region for many years. As a specialist broker, we develop tailored and individual solutions for the medium-sized industry in the area of property insurance and occupational pensions. For our team, we are looking for a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) Industrial Liability Insurance on a permanent full-time basis as soon as possible.

Technical support of our medium-sized industrial customers (turnover > 25 million) in the area of liability lines (business and product liability, recall, environmental and D&O). Responsibility for the department covering both claims and operations with a focus on internal service (70%). Support of international insurance programs. Participation in annual customer meetings and claims discussions. Contract analysis, review of customer contracts for insurance law peculiarities. Renewal negotiations and conducting tenders. Risk analyses and concept development for new customers.

Completed training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in the field of business/product liability at an industrial broker or an insurer (operations or claims) or a completed degree as a full/business lawyer (m/f/d). Strong enforcement, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Team player, as well as initiative, customer-oriented action and thinking. Articulate expression (oral and written).
