Quality Manager Outpatient Care | nationwide support of our care services

The CURA Group is an owner-managed family company with around 4,500 employees across Germany. It runs senior centres, assisted living and outpatient home care. It is looking to start as soon as possible for a Quality Manager Outpatient Care (m/f/d) to support its care services nationwide.

• Support the outpatient care services nationwide in applying quality standards and legal and contractual requirements
• Advise and guide managers and staff on quality management, care quality and documentation
• Take an active part in developing the quality management system for outpatient care
• Train and guide staff in nursing standards, expert standards and nursing documentation
• Develop quality standards, procedures and work aids together with a team of quality managers
• Plan, organise and moderate quality circles, working groups and projects across regions
• Carry out internal audits, quality inspections and expert consulting in the outpatient care services and derive improvement measures
• Analyse quality indicators and support the services in lasting quality development
• Accompany quality inspections by health and care insurers and other external inspectors
• Promote the professional skills of staff and strengthen a lived quality culture

• Completed degree in health or social care, or a comparable qualification
• Successfully completed state-recognised training as a nurse, geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional
• Several years of professional or management experience in outpatient care, ideally with experience in quality management
• Sound knowledge of the legal and professional requirements in outpatient care
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, keeping an overview even in challenging situations
• Strong communicator, reliable in manner, able to inspire people for quality
• Willingness to travel on business across Germany
• An additional qualification in quality management is desirable
