About this Apprenticeship
Our CURA Senior Center Bad Sassendorf (in 59505 Bad Sassendorf) is located between Sauerland and Münsterland in the eponymous traditional spa town. On four living areas we care for our 94 residents in need of care.
What You'll Learn
- Preparatory work: peeling, cutting and washing ingredients
- Food preparation: under guidance you prepare meals for our residents
- Support with organization: you help with planning and preparation of kitchen operations
- Cleaning and maintenance: after finishing work you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Driving activity: transporting meals to the other location by car
Requirements
- Experience in food preparation and cleaning and maintenance of work equipment desirable
- Driving license class B required (& experience with manual transmission)
- High level of hygiene awareness, reliability, sense of responsibility and environmental awareness
- Willingness to work in a team and good communication skills
