About this Apprenticeship
The Salze-Stift senior care centre in Bad Salzuflen is seeking qualified care helpers or nursing assistants to start as soon as possible, full time or part time. The centre cares for 84 residents across five residential units. Full time pay starts at EUR 3,434 gross per month.
What You'll Learn
- Support our older residents in daily life with care, respect and personal attention, including washing, dressing, moving around and eating
- Help wherever support is needed, aiming to preserve as much independence as possible
- Observe carefully and pass on important information to help keep care personal and of high quality
- Contribute ideas, question old ways of working and help shape future care, with openness to digital tools and new ideas
Requirements
- A state recognised qualification as a healthcare and nursing assistant from a one or two year nursing training programme
- Ability to work closely with teams across all areas of the care centre
- Enjoy working with older people
