Truck Rental Consultant at Daimler Truck AG, Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Center Stuttgart

As a Truck Rental Consultant at Daimler Truck in the Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Center Stuttgart, you are the contact person for customers on everything related to the truck rental business (CharterWay & SpecialTrucks). The role is full-time (36-hour week) and initially fixed-term.

• Contact person for customers on all topics and services of the truck rental business (CharterWay & SpecialTrucks)
• Contractual handling of rental/usage agreements (consulting, quotation, contract conclusion, contract maintenance)
• Handling of credit insurance
• Carrying out vehicle handovers and returns including technical inspections
• Defining the scope of customer service and repair work and creating repair orders for the CharterWay fleet
• Supporting market development/observation and customer acquisition and making the best use of potential
• Systematic support of existing customers

• You have completed commercial or technical vocational training
• You have sales talent / an affinity for sales
• You have strong interpersonal skills and a high customer and service orientation
• You bring an independent, customer-focused way of working
• You have a high level of drive and are goal- and result-oriented
• You have good product knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Trucks
